【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesamethodfortherecoveryofbinderfromabituminousemulsionorfromacut-backorfluxedbitumenafterconditioningatambienttemperaturefor24hfollowedby24hat50°C,insuchawaythatwillenablefurthertestingwithminimumchangesofthebindercharacteristics.Itappliestoalltypesofbituminousemulsions,modifiedwithpolymersornon-modified,aswellastoalltypesofcut-backandfluxedbitumens,bothmodifiedwithpolymersandnon-modified.Forcut-backandfluxedbituminousbinders,thistestmethodisonlyanintermediatestepandshouldbefollowedbythestabilisationprocedurespecifiedbyEN13074-2.Directtestingoftherecoveredbinderishoweverusedtoevaluatethesettingabilityoffluxedbituminousbindersmadewithvegetalfluxes.NOTETherecoveredbinderisnotnecessarilyidenticaltotheinitialbinder.WARNING—Theuseofthisdocumentmayinvolvehazardousmaterials,operationsandequipment.Thisdocumentdoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblemsassociatedwithitsuse.Thehazardsassociatedwiththeuseofthismethodhavebeenassessedusingcut-backbitumencontaining10%keroseneand90%160/220penetrationgradebitumenandwerefoundlowenoughtobeacceptable.Howeveritistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisdocumenttoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
