【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthepropertiesofpipingsystemcomponentsmadefromglass-reinforcedthermosettingplastics(GRP)basedonunsaturatedpolyesterresin(UP)forwatersupplywithorwithoutpressure,aswellasthepropertiesofthesystemitself.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoGRP-UPpipingsystems,withflexibleorrigidjointswithorwithoutendthrustload-bearingcapability,primarilyintendedforuseinburiedinstallations.NOTEPipingsystemsconformingtothisInternationalStandardcanalsobeusedfornon-buriedapplicationsprovidedtheinfluenceoftheenvironmentandthesupportsareconsideredinthedesignofthepipes,fittingsandjoints.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletopipes,fittingsandtheirjointsofnominalsizesfromDN50toDN4000whichareintendedtobeusedfortheconveyanceofwaterattemperaturesupto50℃,withorwithoutpressure.Inapipeworksystem,pipesandfittingsofdifferentnominalpressureandstiffnessratingsmaybeusedtogether.Clause4specifiesthegeneralaspectsofGRP-UPpipingsystemsintendedtobeusedinthefieldofwatersupplywithorwithoutpressure.Clause5specifiesthecharacteristicsofpipesmadefromGRP-UPwithorwithoutaggregatesand/orfillers.Thepipesmayhaveathermoplasticsorthermosettingresinliner.Clause5alsospecifiesthetestparametersforthetestmethodsreferredtointhisInternationalStandard.Clause6specifiesthecharacteristicsoffittingsmadefromGRP-UP,withorwithoutathermoplasticsorthermosettingresinliner,intendedtobeusedinthefieldofwatersupply.Clause6specifiesthedimensionalandperformancerequirementsforbends,branches,reducers,saddlesandflangedadaptors.Clause6isapplicabletofittingsmadeusinganyofthefollowingtechniques:a)fabricationfromstraightpipes;b)mouldingby1)filamentwinding,2)tapewinding,3)contactmoulding,4)hotorcoldcompressionmoulding.
