【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60664specifiesthedimensioningofclearancesandcreepagedistancesforspacingsequaltoorlessthan2mmforprintedwiringboardandequivalentconstructions,wheretheclearanceandthecreepagedistanceareidenticalandarealongthesurfaceofsolidinsulation,suchasthepathsdescribedin6.2ofPart12(Examples1,5and11).ThedimensioninginthisstandardismoreprecisethanthatprovidedbyPart1.However,iftheprecisionprovidedbythisstandardisnotrequired,Part1maybeappliedinstead.Thisstandardcanonlybeusedinitsentirety.ItisnotpermittedtoselectoneormoreclausesfromthisstandardandtousetheminplaceofthecorrespondingclausesofPart1.Inaddition,thispartofIEC60664canonlybeusedtogetherwithPart1.WhenthisPart5isappliedtothedimensioningofclearancesandcreepagedistancesequaltoorlessthan2mm,allclausesareusedinplaceofthecorrespondingclausesgiveninPart1.Forclearancesandcreepagedistanceslargerthan2mm,andforsolidinsulationingeneral,Part1applies.NOTE1Thelimitationtodistancesequaltoorlessthan2mmappliestobasicorsupplementaryinsulation.Thetotaldistanceofareinforcedordoubleinsulationmaybelargerthan2mm.Thisstandardisbasedonthefollowingcriteriafordimensioning:–minimumclearancesindependentofthemicro-environment(seeTable2);–minimumcreepagedistancesforpollutiondegrees1,2and3toavoidfailureduetotracking(seeTable4);–minimumcreepagedistancestoavoidflashoveracrosstheinsulatingsurface(seeTable5).NOTE2Forminimumcreepagedistancestomaintainadequateinsulationresistance,seeTableA.2.NOTE3Thisstandardisnotapplicabletomicro-environmentalconditionsworsethanpollutiondegree3orhumiditylevel3.Atestmethodisspecifiedforallocatingunclassifiedinsulatingmaterialtotherelevantwateradsorptiongroup.
